To apply for a marriage license the couple intending to marry and one witness are required.
The witness must be someone that is acquainted with the couple and is 18 years of age or older.
The applicants and witness must have a photo ID.
The fee is $35.00.

*Please note there is a 3 day waiting period after applying. This does not include the date of application.
*You may apply for a marriage license at any time. The license does not expire unless it is not retrieved from the County Registrar within six months from the date of application.
